Istanbul ICCI 2017 | 23rd International Energy and Environment Conference
ICCI was held on 03 - 05 May this year with its agenda full of sector challenges and advantages by the experts and with high participation. However, we have witnessed this year speakers did not include to their presentations subject such as 'environment' or 'influence on the environment' as opposed to the very content of the conference imply, whilst they have pointed out at a minimum level. 'Special Session on Energy Research Institute:

- Energy market and international market integration projects need to be strengthened in order for Turkey to become a more transparent market and an energy trading and distribution base.
From Investors' Eyes Turkey Worldwide Solar Energy GÜYAD Special Session;
- In 2020 we will buy 20 bucks with a panel and we will be building 1 MW for 450 thousand bucks.
- No legislation on electricity storage.
- Tender deduction procedure is the best system.
- Added value for smart grid and storage.
- Serious arrangements should be made regarding the legislation on reconstruction.
- Feed in premium produces electricity at the price everyone wants, you are established at the market price without regulating free market conditions at all.
Developments in Electricity Production from the Sun GENSED Special Session;
- The most important for foreign investors is foreseeability, legislation and law.
- The needs are causing the legislation to emerge.
- Yekdem is expected to change again.
- Getting a temporary admission does not prevent it from being affected by changes in legislation that will be issued afterwards.
- Cooperatives level should be applied.
- Building a 3 kW roof application will hold about 8 thousand dollars for 6-12 months.
- Issues not covered by EMRA, reconstruction, project - Ministry of Environment and Urban Planning, municipalities, etc. Panels that will come to the new building will want to know what kind of cost it will bring to the ministry.
